tuition payment is due on the 1st of each month. full monthly payment has to be made or pay cash in full for the entire session, in order to reserve your your spot. auto-pay will reserve your spot for the entire session unless you cancel IT in writing.

Studio will be closed during major holidays like memorial day, thanksgiving and from Dec 15th - Jan 15th. Yearly tuition already excludes the holidays.
No extra make up classes will be offered. There are 5 weeks in some months that provides additional class times for the kids to balance the classes. We do not charge extra for the additional weeks. There are no refunds for any services.
There will be an annual studio performance showcase held. Date is TBA.
One time $25 registration fee is assessed for new students.
$50-$100 costume fee will be charged for the showcase.
Clothing and class details:
Lose fitting comfortable clothing required like leggings, joggers, t-shirts and comfortable tennis shoes.
Please bring a water bottle for your child to stay hydrated throughout the class. If your child wants to attend all 3 classes, feel free to pack snacks for them if they get hungry. We will give them a break to sit, eat and drink comfortably.
Bring your own yoga mat or we will be happy to order the mats for you. You will be responsible for the cost of the mat.
We do ask parents to drop off the kids and pick up 10 mins before class. We do not allow parents to be inside the class. You can feel free to video tape them at the end of the class. We ask you to please respect this policy to develop your children. We are committed to providing them the best experiences every single class.
