  • Winter/ Holiday break- Dec 15th 2026 - Jan 4th 2027

  • Classes resume- Jan 5th 2027

  • Lunar New Year Recital - TBA


TUITION COST

Please note: All classes are 55 mins class and kids under 5 years old classes are 45mins class unless specified. Please register and sign all the documents online, that way, the check in process is faster, safer and we can start the class on time.

  • ONE TRIAL CLASS- FREE FOR ALL RECREATIONAL CLASS

  • REGISTRATION FEE- $25/ YEAR 

  • TUITION IS NON- REFUNDABLE. PRO-RATE TUITION APPLIES ONLY IN THE BEGINNING OF THE ENROLLMENT.

  • THERE IS NO MAKE UP CLASSES OFFERED

  • Class dress code: Tennis shoes, comfortable clothing like leggings, joggers, shorts, tee, and must bring water.

  • (All students must participate. Showcase participation fee is $225 per show. Tickets must be purchased in addition.)

  • We operate our calendar a little different. Our spring session months are - FEB, MAR, APRIL, MAY, AUG, FIRST WEEK OF SEPT

  • Summer season is only 2 months i.e. June and July and optional.

  • our fall/ winter session months are- SEPT, OCT, NOV, DEC, JAN, FIRST WEEK OF FEB

Requirements:

FOR POSSIBLE PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES

  1. Registered for classes minimum twice a week is required. This will help build their muscle memory.

  2. Participants will be selected based on various reasons and requirements for the performance team class such as age requirement, skill level, positive stage presence, attendance and class participation.

  3. Additional rehearsal classes beside the normal weekly scheduled classes will be required. Participants will have to be commit to minimum 90% of the performances throughout the year.

  4. Rehearsals, costumes, show/ participation fees, ticket fees will all be at extra cost. Offsite performances selection process will be assessed by the venues’ requirements.

  5. Students may be withdrawn from the selection process and participation, if studio deems that a student or a parent is not able to maintain a standard level of professionalism.

  6. A contract and waiver must be signed for every performances by a parent/ guardian agreeing to the terms and conditions. routines based on requirements by certain performance expectations or freewill.

  7. There is no guarantee that if a student is selected for one performance, than he/ she may be selected again for another one. We are not a competitive dance studio, therefore, we don’t conduct auditions. Selection process is entirely based on the performance/ choreography need at that particular time under the venue and teachers’ discretion.

  8. When you participate  for a performance, STUDIO SAPPHIRE reserves the right to take photos of you or your child while participating in  any Studio Sapphire  or outside performances for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

  9. We reserve the right to creative expressions and the freedom of students’ placements in any dance routines according to their age, ability, dance experience, and a teacher’s discretion. A dance routine shall not be changed by a parent’s request at no given time. 

  10. Some performances are held in large venues with no crowd management. Studio Sapphire shall not be held accountable for any thefts, damages, or emotional disruptions in and outside the studio.

  11. Studio Sapphire require parental supervision for their child/ children at all times for off site venues.

  12. Performance communication is conducted via texts and or emails. Please check your spam for any missed communications.

  13. A contract and waiver must be signed for every performances by a parent/ guardian agreeing to the terms and conditions of the studio and the venue.

Private lessons time and date is flexible.
