LA Sparks half time performance show

We are very happy to invite your child to perform at the half time show performance for Los Angeles Sparks, WNBA. Please read all the details, sign and submit prior to the start of the first rehearsal.
Tickets: $55+ for 100 level, assigned group seating price.
Every person entering the venue will require a ticket including the dancers. Tickets are non- refundable. If you are not able to make it, you can resell or gift it as you please.
Mandatory Rehearsal dates are as follows:
April 12 Sat 5-7 pm
April 19 Sat 5-7 pm
April 26 Sat 5-7 pm
May 10 Sat 5-7 pm **dress rehearsal
May 17 Sat 12-2pm **final rehearsal for stage
May 18th - Spring show
May 22nd 7:30 pm - 8:30pm refresher
Performance date - May 27th Tuesday
Game time - 7 pm
Call time for court rehearsals - 4:30 pm
Dancers will be required to perform the same routine on spring show on May 18th. All rehearsals are mandatory. An exception will be made and allowed 1 absence or missed resheasal before April 30th. Anything after May 1, 2025 will be subjected to dismissal. For missed rehearsals, if needed, you may be required to book a one-on-one session to catch up.
Total Cost - $350 (this price includes dancers ticket and costumes that is non- refundable)
Your Ticket will be separate, a link may be sent to you to purchase your seats.

By signing this form, I fully understand and agree to my child/ren ’s participation to a dance performance at the basketball court event managed by Sapphire Dance and fitness studio. I waive, release and discharge any and all claims or rights to claims for damages for death, personal injury or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me, as a result of participation in the show/ event hosted by Sapphire Dance and Fitness Studio and its instructors. I agree to pay the full participation/ costume fee and am fully aware that the fee is non- refundable.
